What makes UfindVacations so effective?
Our browsers tell us that they keep coming back because of the variety of properties offered on our site. Other sites specialize in only one property type, such as Bed and Breakfasts or Vacation homes. UfindVacations offers listings of all types of owner operated vacation properties. Therefore, browsers don't need to spend hours searching the internet trying to find accommodations in their area of choice. For example: if someone is looking for a cabin in a particular area and they are not finding a cabin that fits their needs. Rather than search from site to site trying to find a place to stay, they may find a vacation home or villa listed in the same area that will work for them. This is called cross browsing and it generates higher traffic volumes driving more potential renters to your listing.

Where will my listing show up on your site?
Listings are sorted by the date your property was activated. There are three groups of listings. In each case, your property will show up in the order of the date you purchased the service. The first group of listings are the properties that have purchased the Priority listing service. The second group are the properties that have activated a premium listing service – (This includes the properties in their trial period) and third group are the properties that are listed for free.

How Does the FREE Trial Work?
All new "free listings" are upgraded to "premium listings" for a month trail period to test e-mail and web address links. This free trial period begins once you activate your first listing. You may also receive an additional 2 months to your Free Basic Listing or an additional 6 months to your Premimum listing by placing a link to UfindVacations on your existing web page. How Many Photos can I upload?
You may enter 1 primary photo for your search listing profile. If you have purchased the "Create your own web page" service, you may enter a large primary photo and up to 5 photos of the different accommodation types or room types that you offer. You may replace photographs in your listings or web page at any time. Even if you don't have a photograph, you may still place a listing on UfindVacations.com.

Can I advertise an Annual or Seasonal Rental Property?
Yes, any annual or seasonal rental property may be advertised by entering the rental rate. Rental rates can be entered to reflect nightly, weekly, or monthly time periods. You may also use the Hot Deals section in the property profile to advertise any special packages, seasonal rate or promotions.

What if my property is already on another website?
That's great! The more Internet exposure you have the better.One website will not reach all renters that are surfing the Internet. There are too many great rental websites available. In fact, owners that generate a lot of rental income are often represented on several websites. UfindVacations.com offers exceptional service, value, and Internet traffic that should be included in your marketing budget.

Does UfindVacations.com charge referral fees?
No, any rental income that is generated from a lead on UfindVacations.com is yours to keep. We do not charge referral fees, setup fees, booking fees, or commissions.

Will UfindVacations.com upload photos onto my listing?
Yes, we can upload photos onto your listing if you're having trouble uploading them yourself. Just send us your digital photos or we can retrieve them from your current web pageif you contact us.

May I advertise my property for sale?
